Looking for anyone that can answer my question please?

I finished my IVA last August but I have PPI ongoing since then.

I have just found out that on one of claims my PPI company have received an offer of £2,000.00!

How much of that will I get paid to myself?

I applied for an 'Aqua Classic Credit Card' and it gets paid off in full every month. They specialise in credit rebuilding.

They also offer a free access to noddle credit report and you can see it update every month...

I received my CC September 2015 and Stated within the CC that PPI and VAT were still on going.

I have received a letter today from SHL asking me to sign a new letter of authority for one of my creditors.

Is there a deadline for PPI and VAT to be claimed for?

hey Longslog101, This happened to me. I went through a change of name after my details were put onto the register. My IP (GT) were informed of my change of name and they updated their paperwork but they hadn't contacted the register at the time. My old name was still showing on the register but left...

I was with GT and I too had the RX1 form applied to my IVA.

I've completed my IVA and the RX1 removed but I had no debits from my bank account in relation to the Land Registry.

This is very odd for you. I would contact your bank?

My CC was issued on the 25th August and my details removed from the register on the 9Th October....

I was with GT and my CC was received two months after my final payment and I was removed One and half months after I received the CC.

PPI re-opened several months before my last payment.

My CC stated that PPI claims are still on-going. No idea how long this will take....

I opened two savings accounts with Natwest whilst on my IVA with no problems.....
