Hi
Thanks for the replies. I have a couple of emails confirming which I will make sure I print out and keep just in case this gets mentioned again at review. Until then I think I won't mention it again. 14 months left I can't wait #128515;

Hi I have had a personal injury claim settled for 1700£ and I'm just waiting to receive the cheque. When I first started the claim I contacted my iva company and I have sent them paperwork including the medical report and they accepted that since it's all for damages to my bike and injury that I wil...

Hi I got confirmation today that I will be able to keep any compensation since it is for pain and suffering. Anyone else in this position is def worth telling your IP and sending then evidence of what the claim is for. My IP has always been very good and reasonable so this has all worked out well #1...

Thanks for the reply as I said my claim does not involve loss of earnings and therefore I believe I should be able to keep it. The report I already clearly says it's it for personal injury and damages to my bike. I will certainly tell my I.P when I get the money. I am sure they will fine they have b...

Hi
There is a new savings account coming out to help first time buyers, where you effectively get 25% interest. I am just wondering if this is something I would be allowed to get considering I'm in an iva. By the time these accounts come out I will have about a year left. Thanks for the advice

I am over half way through my Iva. Last week I was involved in a cycling accident when someone open a car door as I was passing, and I have been off work since so I am obviously claiming personal injury and damage to my bike. I have been reading a lot of mixed views on what compensation can be kept....
