Thanks again! I was told that not following up claims of PPI will delay completion of IVA is that true? Does this apply even if F&F offer is offered and possbly be accepted? I have entered iva for a year now, and am on svr repayment with my mortgage, can i change mortgage bank company? I am with santander at the moment,were they are one of my creditors, may i try to apply to my current bank? Do i need to ask my IP before doing this? Many thanks.
