The IP said I should propose an actual offer and they would then do their calcs and tell me whether it was enough to put forward. I've have a IVA and was wondering if I can get a Career Development Loan. I am aware that i'm unable to get any credit/borrowing during my IVA but am unsure if a CDL falls into this category. Grateful for any advice.
