Little over 5 years ago I contacted a guy called Keith White I believe who would help set me on a path to debt freedom. I began an IVA with a reputable company only to be sold down the river to CreditFix. There was hysteria at that time on the forum but in truth they turned out to be totally trouble...

I have just had my first review with Credit Fix after being sold down the river by PJG over a year ago. Had to send of six months statements which I had no problem with as they are squeaky clean & just show my direct debits and huge, untraceable cash withdrawals. My payments are staying the same wh...

I had a call also from Perinta Finance offering an early exit loan. The lady on the phone was helpful and explained everything clearly & not pushy in anyway. By the end of the call she suggested that the loan was not in my best interest as the interest would be £6000. This surprised me. There may be...

Hi everyone, Have not posted a while since the PJG/Credit Fix sold down the river incident. I also have had a few texts and emails about “being free from IVA restrictions with a personal loan”, but am just going to ignore it. Would be interesting to hear from anyone who tried for the loan. I am half...

I feel for you guys with mortgages, it must be awful to come to the end of your IVA only to be bolted up with a secured loan for X number of years. I had a courtesy call from credit fix over the red letters & they mentioned I could confirm over the phone to agree to the new Ts & Cs so be careful wha...

Just make sure all 'gifts' are in cash from your family. Dont put it in your account & make sure you withdraw all your money out of your account by the end of each month, to make it look like you need it even though you don't.

Hi Kate.w I am just like you but 10 months down the line. I have no financial ties, house etc and an old banger car for about £800. I decided to do the IVA but now wish I went bankrupt, I am still in two minds if to do so or not. I understand with bankruptcy you only have to make payment orders for ...
