due to not being able to remortgage i had been asked to pay in another 12 months which would have ended next year, so i'm assuming this is why i would have a report next year too

My first year was £1500, renewal was £2883!!!

I was stuck as they were the cheapest renewal based on monthly payments.

Maybe hard to believe but this is what I'm paying for a whole year.

Good luck!

I'm in the process and have based my f&F as you have, but it's still gut-wrenching having to wait 28 days!!!!!

Hi Zoe,

I have been following your thread, am I correct in thinking that you have already been declined in your full and final offer?

Also that there were no reasons given?

Thanks Melanie. I feel disheartened because my variation report has been sent to creditors and I have spoken to my supervisor in regards to the report not including any positive factors that I had included in my letter, like fulfilling all my obligations and also paying in more whenever I could with...

no, i think this is extra, considered an asset of iva. so its normally:

cost monthly iva X number of months remaining

(sometimes also including sum from the equity that would have been achieved through remortgaging, if this hasn't already been done)

Hi, I am also in the process of my full and final being looked at by creditors. I wrote a letter stating the amount, who it was from and my reasons for not being able to continue. I had also included details of my reduced income and the impact that has had on the current payments for the IVA. Howeve...

After reading my variation report, I have found that the contents is a summary of more factual information and nothing like the letter I sent in which was full of feeling and sentiment. I was assuming maybe some of my letter maybe included in the report, but it only included the facts of my not bein...

Normally, from what I have read on here, it states that if there is no equity or unable to remortgage then you just continue with another years IVA contribution.

From what I read, it seems you have already done that.

Maybe one of the experts should have an answer, they'll reply soon.
