Hi, Thankyou in advance for your help and advice.
A family member has offered to pay a full and final settlement for us. What is the process for dealing with this? What is required?
Any help greatly appreciated.

I have just received a phone call from Allay, company that Creditfix have arranged to find ppi and claim back.As far as I am aware any pip was claimed years ago before our Iva, they are sending me forms to sign re ppi claims in line with short questionnaire they asked.Is this the case for all those ...

just starting out on road of iva, contacted stepchange, they getting someone to contact m. Are they a good company to deal with or are there better alternatives? also ,should I stop payments now to creditors or wait till after meeting ip?
