I have emailed Melanie three times, and had no reply. CF did comeback and said Melanie Giles will be continuing to pursue any PPI.

It would be nice for Melanie to reply, even if its just to corroborate what CF are telling me!!

Might be a good idea to Cc some of these guys into the open letter!

They CANNOT fail your IVA if you refuse to sign. There is many hours of reading on this forum regarding this subject.

Out of interest, have they told you that if you do not respond to there variation, they will take that has you agree to there new Terms?

Would any forum members know when the Mass Variation Meeting is scheduled to take place?

We have Clifford Watts investigating our PPI claim, and will certainly not sign the new T&Cs CF have asked for.
I spoke with Clifford Watts prior to Xmas, and was told Melanie will still continue to investigate any PPI claim we may have.
