Hi I completed my IVA in March 2014. I looked at my credit report and still have MBNA on my account as defaulted. This should of been included in my IVA. Can anyone advise me how I can sort this out as this is going to continue to affect my credit rating. Thanks in advance.

My IVA is due to end in April. Will I recieve any info or paperwork from DFD. Also Im a bit concerned as EIF are dealing with my PPI claims and after hearing some of the horror stories on here im starting to panic. Any advice would be gratefully recieved. Thank you.
