Despite making my last payment almost 18 months ago I cant get released from my IVA because of PPI claims THEY have made on behalf of my "estate". How can they arbitrarily extend the time I must remain on the Insolvency register

Is there a time limit on how long an IVA supervisor can hold off from sending a completion certicate. Mine has just declared another 12 months for PPI investigations they atarted in the last year. IVA last payment Mar 2013.

Feb 2008 court order for IVA over 60 months. March 2013 successfully made last payment, no missed. But still cant get off insolvency register because "I may be entitled to PPI". Signed all docs to allow them to pursue claims, so far unsuccessfully as I never had any (as far as I can remember). Now, ...
