Hi All. I completed my IVA 6 months ago. I have gone through my credit file with all three agencies but on Equifax there is a mistake. It is showing one of my creditors as still 'Defaulted' as opposed to 'Settled' which all the rest of now changed too. It also has the default date wrong by a number ...

Is Smarty the one where your data is refunded the next month if you don't use it all? I recall reading about them last summer just as they launched. I almost went with them but them my phone was on it's last legs (full to flat battery within an hour) so I went with a Huawei on Vodafone as it was a ...

Hi All Throughout my time here I often see people asking about mobile phone contracts and sim contracts. I have recently moved to the Smarty network and thought I would share. Smarty offer sim only contracts on a one month rolling basis. Their deals are competitive and the signup process does not re...

I believe these should be all the same, and be the date of the IVA Agreement. Some close to this, but some are a few months later? Any adivce appreicated. N...

Hi Foggy
Thanks for the help.
So if my parents did make a successful Full and Final, I would still be in the IVA until I get my certificate which would still be after the 12 months.
Is that what you mean?
Kind Regards
James

Hi All. I have asked Creditfix just waiting on a reply, but just curious if anyone has any experience. My mum has offered to put in a Full and Final offer for me to close my IVA, which currently has 12 months left to run. CreditFix have asked her to put the offer in writing, with proof of funds, and...

Thanks for the advice and support. It is still up in the air. Finally got to speak to someone on Wednesday who was able to help. He checked my Review and agreed it was wrong. He agreed that my monthly payment should not be doubled as it made no sense. He also agreed I did not owe them an additional ...

Thats for the support guys. Whats more frustrating is that all the additional payments that I make are done over the phone with them. Its not like I just do a bank transfer, I phone them up, we discuss it and they take an additional payment of my card. I will send the letter with proof tomorrow via ...

Hi Kallis It's complicated I have written them a letter with extra evidence and will call them in a day or so again. Basically my annual review is all over the place. 1. They have not taken into account any of the additional payments that I have made and saying I have 14 days to do so, but I already...

Hi Everyone Hope you are all ok. I pay my Gas/Electric to NPower on a monthly. I have just had a refund of them for £240 as they have said my account is in credit. The question I have is can I keep this money or do I need to pay it as a windfall. All the payments made to NPower have been within my a...
