Sorry I meant to state that I am not a homeowner. But worried that the outstanding PPI claims may hold up the ens of the IVA. I know the Supervisor can send a letter with 7 days to go to extend IVA. Its the ending of agreement i am most worried about.

I have received letters asking me to update to the 2014 terms and conditions by DFD. I have one payment left for my IVA after 71 months of being tied in. there is one outstanding PPI claim. what would you recommend?
