Thanks Foggy - patience is just no longer a virtue I possess after this long! It's been so frustrating to have made it through successfully and then hit such long delays beyond your control.

I'm having a similar problem - my IVA last payment was made(through Debt Free Direct) in December 2011 and to date I'm still held within the IVA due to PPI misselling claims.
