Spoken to McCambridge Duffy and they have postponed 2 payments for me, and they will be added on at the end. If my partner hasn’t got a job in the next 2 months they said they can write to the creditors and ask to settle as I have completed the 5 years and am now in year 6... Is this the norm? Thank...

Thanks for the reply... I think I have around 10 payments left. Currently paying £424 but that will be a struggle with just my earnings and household bills etc...

Hi, I am after a bit of advice please... IVA payments originally set to £360 p/m, just completed year 2. Have worked some OT and always paid the relevant amount (10% then 50/50), just had my annual review letter through and payments are about to go up to £530!!! Surely they cannot base my payments...

I have just completed my first year of an IVA with Mc D, however I had a 2 month break over Xmas for presents and such and to pay off some final bills from my wedding. I have now recieved a letter saying I owe over £500 for the uplift money during these 2 months?? I was never told that I would have...
