I was successfull with my missold ppi only thing as i had £1800 outstanding on loan i got back £530. I accept This but as the money was paid direcly to me i thought at 25% that comes to about 130 pound anyway i disputed this so they put a ccj against me i put this forward to court have not heard any...

lloyds have agreed to pay back all my ppi payments as i am in iva they said would take it off my debt to them is that correct or should it go towards my iva

iam with virgin media had a problem with there new security media moaned a bit ok now they said to me sorry to think you were leaving us i wasn't cut my monthly payment by 10 pounds a month thanks very much worth calling i guess

my total debt is 15400 pounds have been asked to pay 285 a month which would mean a total off 17600 over 5 years is this correct any alternatives am now back on full pay but no o/t at moment

i am in process of an iva a creditor has applied for a county court order and a further application for a charging order against my property seems strange as i rent it any idea whats happening

just out of interest it doesnot seem creditors go for ccj much these days is it because they would get less or does it cost them money

yes they have cash back ok only that you have to draw cash out at lloyds mc but can get cash back at supermarkets and comes with a £10 buffer

according to my credit ref report i have 16500 pounds of debt i was going to do a iva but after contacting one of my creditors the fig ure he gave me in writing makes me 3000 under the 15000 limit how do i proceed the iva company checked my credit report and said i was over the 15000 im confused

been on a 15% pay cut since april of this year have been told will get it reinstated in feb 2010 unsure what i do in meantime ref creditors will have enough for iva payments than have only a couple of pounds spare each month at moment
