If you have a F+F settlement agreed in an IVA with original debtors, and then it is sold to debt collecting agencies before the monies are repaid and who want less pence in the pound paid back, then would this up the % you would be paying back in the IVA?

Another way of looking at it is this. Why not find a building society such as Bradford and Bingley. They do accounts where you can put money in, get cash out and also have a facility to have your wages paid in by bank giro credit. The goverment of course like to have lending to be free and easy as it provides growth in the economy through spending leaving the banks with the risk.
