Thanks that's the point I continue to attempt to raise with Lloyds but they will not provide a breakdown I was told 2 weeks ago the legal department were looking into it.. We will pay the remaining balance but they are not taking into account any of the money we have paid via iva or token payments.....

hi what i understand is house to be revalued any time in the four year then 85% of my equity is to be released as my husband is not in a iva does this sound correct.
I was told the current valuation would stand unless there where any mods.

Hi Andy,

The mods were a increase from 75% to 85% of the equity in our house, The house to be re vaulued in year 4 which wasn't the case prior to the meeting the figures were based on a valuation completed during the IVA process. And 50% of overtime worked.
So not bad at all.

thanks yes still in shock haven't really calmed down yet had a terrible time yesterday got myself so anxious couldn't really concentrate when i was given the decision. its all a bit of a blur.

still in shock really IVA approved yesterday with only a few mods ! so pleased can start and the process of having our lives back and not been occupied by the whole IVA process 4 yrs 364 days to go !!

Thanks melanie, so would it be reasonable to come to some arramgement with the bank to pay a set amount each month or would they want a lump sum straight away which obviously we dont have. Within my proposals there has been a set amount of money aside for his debts so we could pay a agreed sum each ...
