Thank you for your reply, strangely i had a phone call 2 days ago from the british association of IVA consumers, he suggested that i would proberbly be better of as a br, would you agree? not sure on my equite as house prices all over the show.

I am currently in an IVA and have contacted the company i am dealing with to try and reduce my payments as i have have had a significant reduction in my salary, however i get no reply, should i go elswhere? i am with Clear start.
