I am using my redundancy money to offer a full & final settlement to my creditors. Although it is a little upsetting to be handing over the money, I feel that it is a huge weight off my shoulders to pay off my IVA and something that we should all be striving to do in the best way possible.

I have been reading quite a lot of posts about people finishing their IVA's early and it's got me thinking! Will anything change when we marry, will my IP see his house as half mine? I don't want my IVA to stop me marrying, but it is not fair to my boyfriend to lose his savings or house as a result!

There is the distinct possibility that I will be made redundant in the next 6 months. How do I stand with regard to my reundancy payout, do I have to give my IP half of the money and what happens if I can't find a job that pays the same salary, can I renegoitate my monthly payments? I'm afraid that ...

I would like to go back to Uni for a year to do my PGCE, but can not afford to at the moment.
Can I ask for a review of my IVA or can I only have the offical one once a year?
Does anyone have experience of IVA and studying?
