hi, i agree put everything down the OR will let you know if its now allowed we put down everything we could think of, mobile phones car maintenance etc hairdressing , holiday/birthday/christmas pressies
traveling costs ect luckyly it was all allowed.

thanks for your reply the or didnt really mention it as we were pay mortgage to a few months they did offer for us to but beneficial interest but we didnot. so from what you said all shortfalls will be covered within the bankruptcy is that correct.

hi, my husband and myself went br in april 08 decharged dec 08. our house was repossed last month by building soc but had phone call to day we would be liable for any shortfalls however i was under the impression than any shortfalls would be covered under bankruptcy any advice would be appeciated.

hi, i have just been told that our bankruptcy case has been transferred form the cardiff office to swansea but dont know why , is this normal or is there something wrong we when br in april. wondered if anyone on here could advice

no i didnt paul, but the mortgage was not unsecured at the time, i htought that any shortfall would be covered by the br as the house is not officially ours anymore but the OR's.
