I totally underestimated how much I'd spent, I think I put down about £400 - 500! Will the OR then think that I'm being dishonest because I didnt declare all of the debt at the time? Will it then mean that he would closer at all my accounts and spending?

Hi, can I ask how much detail did the OR go into your bank records and credit cards statements? Did you have to account for every purchase and deposit? And can I ask when did you last use your card before you filed for BR? If it was near the BR date, did he question this? Thanks.

As a matter of interest - does the OR do a check with the DVLA regarding cars? My car isn't in my name so how would they know I've got it? Not that I would try and hide it, although some of my friends have suggested doing so!
