I completed my IVA on the 11th January 2012 and to date nothing has been completed. I received a letter in May to inform me that PPI claims and VAT charged were being looked into and they would be in contact. Thank you for the advice, I just felt really confused at the time of writing my post. I assume if there is an increase in my dividend to my creditors that would mean my IVA should finish sooner rather than later.
