I have a mortgaged at £201.000,jointly owned,value of house £245.000.According to payplan if I sell.they would take 80% of my part of my equity,as we have no repayement plan in place,we would like to buy a quarter share under the older person plan through a housing association 3 years left on iva....

I have 57 payements left on my IVA,Im trying to downsize my property only having about £30000 equity our age is 66 & 62,my mortgage lender will not help,any idears or advice on lenders,applied for council house,turned down,applied for shared housing turned down,motgaged finishes in seven years time...
