Right just got home! It was fine, in fact the OR was lovely, very kind and helped me along the way. Interview lasted over two hours and went through everything that i had submitted in minute detail. Can you argue with your bank that these payments have already gone through? if you made them 3 weeks ago then surely these payments would have already cleared from the funds in your account and the money has gone to the creditors as it were your insurance etc - if the payment has already left the ac...

Morning, I would think that because you are in negative equity this stands you in good stead for being able to buy the BI for a £1.00 from what i have read - obviously you need to get this checked out but actually having negative equity goes for you rather than agaisnt!
