I'm the same with Lloyds they said I could keep it as it was basic.

His only mistake was to leave the finances to me. Thanks for all your help and advice everyone I would still be struggling and losing sleep if it wa...

He was really interested in loans and not much else. He didn't, howver, go through my income and expenditure with me, so mayb...

Thanks :) I will indeed let you know. My husband has already told his employer that we are bankrupt and he was ok with it, so at least he wont lose his job or the house (it's tied in with his job) which was my main worry.

Sounds like a total nightmare Gordon, I hope it gets sorted very soon for you. Why do bad things always get clumped together? I like your attitude towards things though, it can get you through the bad times and I hope it does for you.

Hi Poppy, I did pretty much the same thing omitting creditors out of an IVA, I only became BR because I couldn't afford to pay for the IVA and the omitted debts - lesson learnt there. I'm not sure what will become of me regarding that as I have my OR interview tomorrow morning. I am pretty sure if y...

Yes, I paid my council tax a few days after I went BR as they had threatened court action if I didn't. I pay a whopping £205 per month! I paid it because it's an essential bill, I get threatening letters almost every day but I don't pay them unless it's a utility bill.
