thanks for the reply , im just concerned that the notice of correction has just been added and reads we cant confirm if iva has been completed or not ?? Also with regards to equifax updating it once a month , they have just added the correction , it wasnt there before ??

Hi I hope someone can help with this , I received an alert from equifax to say that my credit file had been update , i had iva from may 2005 to may 2011 and have completed and have certificate of completion so i though things would start to drop off. on the car lease front i have a car with duncton and whilst the apr is high they considered me whilst in iva and the service was superb from initial enquiry to delivery.

Hi just used Duncton after advice from many on here , great service , have to come up with 3 months deposit first but a good range of cars and im still in my iva which wasnt held against me.

Hi Sally I remember the calls , i didnt find them that bad but at points they did seem relentless. To be fair they stopped as soon as IVA was arranged and bar a couple of letters ref debts being sold onto max recovery I havent heard a thing.
