It's ok foggy you was not to know,, my partner did not live with me but did support me financially with many things,, I'm going to struggle greatly now to keep my head above water as my wages have recently dropped too ,, I'm already broken due to my lose and stress off money is not needed .

I've just recently lost my fiancé so my finances are in pieces,, I'm not working at min. Payment is 206 a month but struggling ..

I see so if they were to accept then could finish iva,, although they will probably continue so they get more money out off me .

For my first annual review all I did was expenditure and income form and produced three months wage slips and p60 ,, no bank statements .

I'm lost to it all,, my debt wAs 26000 when I signed iva I was paying back 14500,, I have paid 3500 into iva already,, they have said that they could propose using the 10000 legacy as early settlement? But surely I will still owe money outside the iva? Or has that been written off?? Totally confused...

Been left some money,, large amount been told by iva that I can use this as a settlement payment? Don't understand what they mean?

Want to say big thAnkyou on here,, when I started the iva I felt ashamed that I had got myself into this situation,, after being on here I feel that I'm not the only one to cry for help,, feel more positive about it all .

ThAnkyou,, I was worried that when I got married my partner would be involved in the iva,,

I have mentioned the repairs and they want quotes,, also evidence off electric bill,, but not heard anything as to if this is going to happen.

My boyfriend has asked me to marry him and hopefully will tie the knot next June,, money permitting!!!! How will this affect my iva? Thanks.
