Just got an email from Melanie and my case has NOT been transferred over.
I'm massively relieved but a little confused by all this, some have moved and some haven't.
Best thing you can do if you're worried like I was is try and drop Mel an email and see if she can help?

Why me that's awful. So close.
Having only been in mine for 3 months surely someone would have known? Given the choice I wouldn't have gone with a company like CreditFix in a million years.

Shocked and very worried by this. I have been with Mel since July and went with her because of Mel and Mel only. Hi, My wife had an accident in our car a few weeks ago, we had it back once from the repairers and then another fault manifested and there is a possibility it could now be written off. My question is that when/if I get the money from the insurers (should be around 5k) can I spend this on a replaceme...

Just had THE call to say my IVA has been approved! It was a little bit tight in the end due to Hitachi Capital voting no and MBNA not voting but got there with just over 77%! I am so relieved but also a little bit numb with shock I think, on one hand I'm happy I'll be debt free in 5 years (first tim...

I have mine on the same day. Looking at it rationally (which I know can be hard in these circumstances) if your IP has put you forward for an IVA then your chances of success are very high, if they didn't think it was the best way forward then they wouldn't propose it in the first place. Anyway try ...

Getting a massive secured loan with a terrible APR at the end of an IVA just seems like total madness to me? How many loans/mortgages would you have to apply for until they would be satisfied that you cannot get one and who gets to decide what firms are used?
