took best part of 8 months to receive completion cert from DFD - many excuses despite signing docs re PPI.It occurred to me that they didn't want me to leave.

Thanks for the comments/replies.I sometimes think that the aforsaid company cease to take notice once they have signed you up.I will continue to chip away at them - but why should I have to 15 months on from them agreeing to payment and taking my money.Don't get me wrong I really appreciate the help...
