Recently moved house and received in the post via RM redirection, a letter from Equity in Finance asking me to sign a form relating to new Supreme Court ruling about how the PPI was sold might be eligible now despite being previously rejected. I duti...

Thanks luluj. It's just annoying cos I wrote to them a few years back and they changed it to the correct date, so I can't understand why they've changed it to the incorrect date again. It just feels like theyve done it on purpose as it was literally just going to fall off my report and hey presto th...

If you mean the completion certificate it should be 3 to 6 months depending on the iva company.

Its now been over 6 years since my iva started. Iva has been removed from credit agencies, but I noticed that some accounts, although they have the correct default date on, are past the 6 year mark but are Still on my report! Should they have dropped off now and if so why are they still on there? Is...

Just wondered. I had a current account with NatWest that was included in my iva. Will the account automatically be closed? I'm just worrying cos I want to close the 2 savings accounts I have with them and don't want them to start asking me awkward questions about the current account! I've had my cc ...

Hi Lesley I filled out the first lot of forms 2 years ago! Then they sent me a 2nd form for an account that had already paid out! They are just incompetent. I'm not sure if I have to comply with them or not anymore. My proposal was modified to allow the IP to close my iva in spite of any ongoing ppi...

It's doubtful you would be able to remortgage as credit rating will be shot! Normally iva proposals state an extra 12 months payments in lieu of any equity but you need to check what yours says.
