Concerned. Hi all. We are end of year 6 (nram) with payplan. we have equity, so prob looking at a 7th. My concern is that my partners work contract ends at the end of the month. So she will be jobless. Is this grounds to ask payplan to put to IP that they maybe accept payments to date?

Bit of adice please as worried. My partner and i are just starting yr 6 of iva (nram insisted) i have sent in my latest i & e just received letter stating because it hasnt changed they want to see last 3 month of bank statements. Never before have they asked for these. Why would this be. Cheers

My question is my partner (in joint iva with payplan) tried to take her own life a few months back. We are starting yr 6 (nram). Im deeply concerned about my patners mentol health. Is there any chance of an early finish ie payments to date?

4 years of 6 completed of our joint iva in sept. My problem is i just cant take anymore, sick of not being able to do anything with my 2 little girls and partner, not had a holiday in 4 yrs and always struggling. Nothing else left to sell on ebay.
