If you have the 85% LTV & £5000 de minimus clauses then based on your figures there would only be £8750 equity to be split between you & your wife, ie, £4375 each which would mean that your IVA ends at month 72.
I don't know how it works if you both have different clauses.

I was with Payplan for 6 years & really wish I had spoken to other companies first - in hindsight I would have used someone else.

Get a local estate agent round - online valuations including Zoopla were over £50,000 out for our property compared with the estate agent valuation

That's excellent news! Still very worrying that Payplan don't appear to know how to treat the 85% LTV clause :(

Yes, they sent a letter after each search & a final one confirming they had completed all of their enquiries & they had notified my Supervisor that there weren't any PPI funds available.

I was with Payplan & completed several forms for EIF - I didn't have any PPI :( which I knew but obviously they wanted to check it out! The process was relatively easy, the only time I had to 'have words' was when EIF sent a letter claiming that I hadn't returned forms (which they admitted could hav...

If you have paid over the required amount of extra earnings & made savings from your share then you haven't done anything wrong in buying a car. I don't have experience of other companies but if you are with Payplan you should stand your ground & fight this, some caseworkers don't seem to understand...

Any maintenance/child benefit for your daughter will be included as income in the same way that extra costs incurred due to her living with you will be included as extra expenditure, ie, your income will go up but so will your outgoings. Check your IVA, you may find that you get to keep 50% of your ...

Well done! I also received my Completion Certificate from Payplan today after making my final payment on 10th February - unfortunately I didn't receive a good service during the last 12 months but it's over so don't need to worry about them ever again!

How many payments do you have left? When I considered paying a lump sum in the final year Payplan advised it would take a few months for Creditors to approve by which time I would only have 3 payments left to make anyway. Could you keep the lump sum payment on one side & use it to make monthly payme...
