Just writing a letter now, Dear Kayleigh I have just read the chairman’s report in view of our case, even IVA experts can’t believe how open ended this is, as usually 63 month’s is the longest you can be in an IVA. “It is proposed that the voluntary arrangement should last for 5 years from the date ...

Hi Michael, Just read the chairman's report under heading, duration. It say's it is proposed that the voluntary arrangement should last for 5 year's from the date of the creditors meeting. In that period of time it is anticipated that the supervisor will have been able to realise all assets, agree a...

Thanks all for your advice.

Think what I'll do is email and let them know I will be complaining unless they release me from the date I finished payment.

If they do not agree I will post by recorded delivery as per Andy.

Let you all know on Monday afternoon how it goes.

Thanks again !!

Thanks Andy,

Is this better done by email for written proof ? and should I address it to the complaints department.

I think it is unfair, I have asked them to email me with details, which they have not done.

thanks for your help.

Thanks Lesley,

This is my problem, until I get the completion certificate I cant move forward. I have already signed over all the PPI payments saying 100% of all monies collected go to the IP.

My IP is not very helpful with information !!

Thanks for your response
