if you make a full and final payment offer , would any monthly payments made after the date of the offer to the date of the meeting ,be knocked off the offer amount if the full and final be accepted

could anyone advise what is a reasonable amount of time from an IVA firm receiving a letter asking them if they will propose a f & f settlement to the time that they reply .

Thanks for the reply . I am not sure if the IPs fees etc. reduction will be as much as you state , as it states that they can take 35% of total payments, which includes all costs including VAT.So as i have paid £8320 and say offer £7500 = £15820 then IP could take £5547 leaving £10273 for creditors ...

i am in an iva. at the time of applying for the iva i was hoping to continue the work after the age of 65.i will still be able to keep up the present monthy amount of payments but just wanted to know which of the 2 figures i would need to put down on the i & e form

hello , just a query on attending a creditors meeting . is it more beneficial to actually attend the meeting as against being on the end of a phone . the cost to me to attend a meeting would including train fare and having to stay overnight would be approx £ 100
