I am to with Dept Free Direct . And I'm afraid that contact by phone or e-mail is very poor to say the least ,I have now been in an iva for seven years and they have not contacted me unless I phone or write to them and that's not easy,as to Evette don't waiste your time with this one as she is also ...

Yet again I'm awaiting contact from the above ,person who contacted me on the 8th and said a decision would be made after a few amendments to creditors within 24hrs,
Still wait !
I'm with DFD ,debt Free Direct.
Now nearly seven years ,
I can not remortgage or move on in life .

As you can see from what I'm complaining about the DFD miss conduct of my iva, If anybody can help me ie solicitor to take them on for the service they are not supplying please contact me and I will run through the details and also send a copy of the origanal contract with them not their new one.......

Just to keep an update still awaiting closure ,half the company's they want PPI claims have already been pursued ,just another time wasting exercise fromDFD, Complaints going in now and media posts are going to be forwarded to other sights about how much DFD are dragging their feet on allot of cases...

So not shore why you can not see into what is going on from them ,

Owe and people out their it's been nearly seven years ago since I started the iva ,so don't hold your breath by using DFD...
