Hi Foggy Yes they let him go yesterday. He has been self employed for the last 8 weeks so no notice period. Previous to this he was on the books at other firms he has worked at. He hasn't had a good year for employment (3 jobs since beginning of the year) and some health issues which resulted in som...

Morning I have an interlocking IVA with my husband and our last payment of £650 is due at the end of this month. However we do have a couple of arrears payments tagged onto the arrangement and our overtime monies from previous years have also been tagged onto the end arrangement so we still owe £568...

Thanks foggy I have done that. Houses similar on our estate (looking at rightmove) are selling for approx £155,000 and I need the house to be valued at £140,000 not to go over the £10,000 equity. I wasn't sure if you said to estate agents you want a quick sale for relocation purposes whether they wo...

Thanks again

Thanks foggy So do you think if similar houses in the area are selling for approx £155,000 do you not think they will value for about £140,000 if the seller has asked for a va;ue to attract a quick sale. Reason I ask is, I am in an interlocking IVA with my husband so we are allowed to have £10,000 e...
