Hi. It wasn't CF that changed the terms it was Simple Debt Solutions. They didn't even ask me either. And yes they reduced monthly payments by £50.

Hi. I am also with CF and they did the same to me. Told me I March last payment would be August as we had already had extension of 12 months. This was relayed by a junior clerk who was not qualified to give advice. All CF said was sorry but you have to pay.

Hi guys.
Was also told by CF that I didn't have to accept the offer and to continue my payments for another 12 months. Which seems the better course of action to me.

Just had a call from CF about my equity release. Apparently a third party company is trying to secure a loan on my property to pay into the iva pot. This costs me nothing. And will be paid back if and when I sell up. Is this right?

Hi guys. Am with creditfix now but was with SDS before. And it wasn't agreed with it was already sanctioned in the letter I received. I didn't know, and wasn't told I could challenge it.

Hi all. I posted recently about an extension to our iva by another 12 months which was up 2 months ago. I had as telephone conversation with my company who now want to realise the equity. Fine. Only I sent the valuations in 6 months ago and they were asking where they were. b***** hell I thought. So...

Hi. Neither. They just wrote off the 4 months and extended it by 12. I think this wrong as I wasn't told I could challenge it.

They apparently had written off the arrears but extended payments at a reduced rate (£367 down to £314) for a further 12 months.

Hi. We had a sanctioned payment break back in 2010 due to family death. A few weeks later we received letter stating that our IVA was increased by 12 months A colleague also had a payment break but was only asked to pay back the 6 months owed. Can any body GI ve me an answer as to why?
