I had my full and final accepted at the end of October. A month ago I emailed Payplan to find out when I could expect my completion certificate. I had a prompt reply saying they expected it to be within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Great I thought but 4 weeks on, nothing! I emailed again at the beginning ...

Hi,

I am self employed and have offered a full and final. You will have a variation meeting, mine is in a couple of weeks.

My IP asked for business forecast for coming year, last set of accounts for tax year, household I and E and confirmation letter from third party.

Congratulations, that's fantastic news.

I have mine in 2 weeks and hope my creditors vote the same. Can I ask, did you offer full amount of months left remaining or a bit less?

Yes my mother has stated the money is to be used only for a full and final settlement and no other reason. My IP has stated that as I am self employed my income is subject to change and although currently I have maintained payments there is always the possibility I could not maintain them in the fut...

This would mean instead of 22p in the pound they would get 16p. I have sent my forms back to my IP so this w...
