Hi 2 of my loans where defaulted on the wrong dates my iva started September 19th 2014 but 2 of my loans say I defaulted December 2014 I know I can phone up and ask to change the date but will I need account numbers as I do not have these anymore.

A couple of the loans have just dropped off my report this week but I have 2 which are wrong by 2 month, if i leave it and don't contact them will they just drop off after the 2 months have passed it jusr saves the hassle of ringing them and I dont have the account numbers anymore. Thats good with me, it just says account closed balance zero, each month from December 2014 has defaulted next to it my iva started September 2014

I have been waiting 8 months now with knightsbridge when i phone they say its with the completion team we are waiting to constribute the funds it cant take that long surely to do a transfer to each of the creditors.

Made full and final settlement 8 months ago and just found out it is still with completion team there must be a massive pile of paperwork to get through to get to mine maybe you should look on the floor knightsbridge it may have fell of the desk.

We have just been accepted for a full and final settlement after only 11 months of being in my iva due to redundancy we are just waiting for the certificate. we are thinking of moving to Australia with my partners qualification i was just wondering would the iva have any impact on this.

Me and my partner are on a good wage now so we don't get any help only that work thing were you get tax relief i have spoke to my iva company and there looking into it we are now at the end of our first year which as been difficult as i was made redundant 3 months ago but now in another position.

I have started a new job and my childcare as gone from £150 to £500 a month my iva is only £626 but i don't see how i can afford it also they would not be able to knock an extra £350 off a month surely.
