Is it normal practice for the IP to forward a copy your annual report as a matter of course?

Like Rachel I am due to have a pay rise in October. My review is due in January. Would I be expected to hand over 50% of my increase until the review or wait until my review has taken place to see if my payment needs to increase?

If for some reason you decide to pay all your overtime, how is this extra payment treated. Is it look upon as credit which can be used to reduce a payment at alater date?
