tried to blank that period of my life out Foggy,just a quick question please,"when does the iva come off my credit file,and yes all sorted but i paid a lot of money to solicitor because i did'nt have a clue what to do when the letters started arriving.

dfd are dogs robbers,i paid my iva early 29k debt,paid 37k+ to finish it,6 month later got nasty letters saying i had breached terms because i stopped my monthly payments.

hi guys just reading posts,i paid my iva in full early after a windfall,i paid the full debt plus interest plus fee,s about 7-8k more than debt,when i got my cc it says they only paid 98 pence in the pound why did they do this when i paid the fee,s ?

i am filling in forms to sell my house for solicitor,it asks have you ever been bankrupt??,nothing about IVA.do i write NO????

hi guys thanks for info,update"phoned dfd today to explain and they were very helpful.he said the restriction should have been lifted last year when my solicitor wrote to them,he also said go ahead and sell i owe zero pounds,and even offered to talk to solicitor if any problems arise,

my variation meeting was 6 month ago,due to a windfall i payed early after 2 year,with 7,500 interest(est),got a phone call to say all creditors accepted,my question is i am selling my house can they stop me or take my equity off me?
