Does your employer get informed ? I am applying for single iva and my husbands income has been included in household income so It looks like he is paying towards my debt ... Can't be right surely ?

I have my first telephone appt next week to set up an iva . What will I be asked and what information do I need to send in ?

I'm considering an iva . I'm confused though ... All debts in my name so want to go for single UVA obviously. My husband and I pay half each towards household bills etc so would want this to continue. Am worried he will have to pay towards my iva when it's not his mess
