I think that you may be lucky providing you only found out that you definately knew you got the prmotion after your creditors meeting.....what 'normally' happens is 50% of any pay raise you can keep....50% goes to your creditors and therefore your monthly payments will be adjusted accordingly. they ...

Lee, All the very best...I am sure you will get the result you want and it will be such a relief. I have not seen anyone who has had their IVA rejected on this forum yet...adjourned yes but not rejected at a creditors meeting...you have probably read this before but IPs wouldn't waste their resource...

Camiva, Any overtime/extra income that you earn, 50% will go to your creditors and you will be allowed to keep 50%...this is normally one of the conditions of your IVA.....they allow you to keep 50% because they obviosuly want to encourage you to earn extra money otherwise what is your incentive to ...

Fortunately HFC were not one of my creditors...i do feel for you having them phone you at work....one of my main panicks throughout the whole IVA process were people phoning me at work..i only had one at work who were Mint..they phoned me 3 times in one day when i was on a meeting right at the start...
