Hi
When you check my name on the insolvency register it states my IVA was completed 4/11/15. Why is my name still on there? I thought once completed your name drops off especially as it states completed

My IVA has now being paid off early and i know it will drop off credit report after 6 years of inception along with the defaults from creditors. The IVA started on July 2013 however some of the default dates on some creditors says start date being 2010, does this mean these will drop off next year r...

Yep, CC recieved with PPI stipulation in it that any PPI is still IVA term bound..although i wasnt advised of this or even agreed to it and it wast a creditor condition of the offer but clearly PAYPLAN themselves adding it in purely for their gain not the creditors, greed comes to mind when it is kn...

General rule of thumb for full n finals are based on total amount of payments left as if you took the IVA to the term end plus any equity value (or none) the extra 12 months.
