Hi all,

Thanks for your replies. I have been making a nuisance out of myself at DFD (including emailing the chief exec) and I have received my completion paperwork today! Finally!

Why is it taking DFD so long to issue me with a completion certificate? I made my final payment on 15th April 2014, I was initially told I would have my completion p/w by 6 months max. I'm now being told that it's going to be much longer & they refuse to give me timescales. I have no PPI outstanding...
