currently in a iva agreement and now find we cant keep up car payments with the now defunct yes car credit.we are in a contract but how do we get out of this without having to pay 7000pounds that they insist we pay.is our only choice bankruptcy/

Hi Melanie,
I'm now in an IVA. Just finished our first year. I have been offered a job overseas (in my country of origin). We are still committed to paying our monthly payment for our IVA. Do you think this will be a problem for us to go? the job is really important to me.

Our IVA was approved since November yet MBNA is still sending us letters about our debt. Are they really that ignorant or just plain stupid?
