currently in a iva agreement and now find we cant keep up car payments with the now defunct yes car credit.we are in a contract but how do we get out of this without having to pay 7000pounds that they insist we pay.is our only choice bankruptcy/

Hi Melanie,

I'm now in an IVA. Just finished our first year. I have been offered a job overseas (in my country of origin). We are still committed to paying our monthly payment for our IVA. Do you think this will be a problem for us to go? the job is really important to me.

I'm currently in an IVA and have paid off my first year. Because of personal reasons, I feel that it's better for me to return to my country of origin. We don't qualify for tax credits because we are not UK citizens... we have to apply for indefinite leave to remain before we are able to receive any tax credits.
