I can confirm the 3rd party is able to offer the higher figure as F&F offer.

I am hoping to discharge myself from the mortgage I currently have with my ex. I no longer live at the property and she can afford to be the sole payee on the mortgage, however on the instructions of her solicitor, she refuses to sign anything until the divorce has come through.
