The IP is aware of my inheritance plus they have had nearly £4000 of ppi refund as well so we'll see what happens

Ok but would that mean it would count towards my iva amount due - I've less than £5000 left to pay so if I get the money it could clear my iva - or on top of the amount in the same way that my ppi refund was used to top up the amount the creditors would get?

Evening; if your due an inheritance of a house which will be split 3 ways between yourself and 2 other family members accoring to the will does this count as an asset towards an iva or will it be used to reduce the iva payments?
