We had ours accepted within the first twelve months offering the remaining payments but not anything regarding equity, we never had any review just paid our money and got our completion certificate two weeks later couldn't have been any easier.

you can pay your fine in instalments just explain your situation to the court, they do expect it to be paid in 12 months however people on benefits only have to pay £2.50 a month.

Hi, regarding a full and final settlement can anyone tell me if the uplift payments are to be deducted from the end figure also would a tax rebate of £800 plus be deducted of that end figure or do they both go to paying off the total debt.
